Serve in Cuba

The Church doors in Cuba are once again open, but very little is inside

After years of repression, the church doors are open again but many churches have no pastor or trained lay leadership. Even Bibles and Sunday School materials are almost non-existent. All material items are in very short supply through-out the country. Over the counter medicines are greatly needed. Municipal water systems are polluted and safe drinking water is a must.

There are so many ways as Christians we can help with resources and share the Good News message with His people of Cuba.

Christians like you and your church can make a difference in the lives of the people of Cuba in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Teaching, training and working side by side with members of a church is a great way to serve. There are many practical ways you can serve.

Sports for girls and boys - They love baseball and soccer. Suppling sports equipment to a church has opened the flood gates for the young to be involved with church

Sewing It is difficult to cloth a family when there is a limited supply of cloths and a very limited income to purchase any item. Donating sewing machines and material becomes a huge blessing and teaching how to use the machines is lots of fun.

Water Providing a church with a clean safe water system promotes good hygiene and health to members as well as to people in the community. The church not only becomes the distribution center of clean safe water but the people learn that Jesus is the water that brings life to the soul. By drinking the living water one can live and never thirst again. Jesus is that Living Water.

Teach the teacher - Supply a church with VBS & Sunday School materials and teach the teachers how to use them and how to engage kids with Christian literature.

Anything you are doing that is fun and promotes Christian growth in your church most always translates to the church in Cuba. Here is a short list of other forms of ministry:
